Class policy

Signing up

Every class needs registration. Seats are limited. When a class is full, we put you on the waitlist and tell you if a seat opens.

If you can't come

Please tell us at least 24 hours before, so someone on the waitlist can take your seat.

Paid classes

Refund and transfer rules for paid classes are shared when you book.

Recording and photos

Some classes are recorded, and we sometimes take photos. We tell you before class. If you don't want to appear, tell the trainer and sit off camera. We only use photos on our website or social media with permission.

In class

Be respectful. Don't enter private customer details into AI tools during class. Follow the trainer's safe-use tips.

Changes

If a time or venue changes, we email you as early as we can.
